Tuition Rates

Annual tuition is based on grade level, with reduced rates for each additional child enrolled from the same family.

Amounts shown are annual tuition per child. Multi-child rates apply to each additional child enrolled from the same family.
What to Expect

Fees

  • New Student Application Fee: $52 per new student, submitted with the application.

  • Family Enrollment Fee: $300 for one child, $400 for two children, $500 for three or more children (per family, per year).

  • Books & Technology Fee: $350 per student, per year.

  • Parent Partnership: BRCS relies on volunteer help to advance school programming. Each family completes a minimum of 10 volunteer hours per year, or may opt out for $200 (due by August 31). Unfulfilled hours are billed at $20 per hour.

  • Sports Fees: Vary by sport.

All fees are non-refundable. A portion of tuition is non-refundable after the specific deadlines in the Financial Contract.
Flexible Options

Payment Plans

Families may choose from several payment plans: Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly. Monthly tuition payments are made by ACH directly to Blue Ridge Christian School.

Beyond our tuition rates, several programs can lower the cost of a BRCS education for your family:

  • Need-based tuition assistancethrough FACTS Grant & Aid — awards of up to 50% of tuition.

  • Herzog Foundation scholarships for qualifying Missouri families.

  • Church Partnership scholarships funded by area congregations.

  • Pastor's Tuition Discount of up to 20% for qualified full-time ministers.

  • Warrior Referral Program — a 5% tuition discount for both families when you refer a new family.
