Tuition Assistance

BRCS tuition assistance is dependent on the charitable contributions of its families and friends as well as the operating budget. Tuition assistance is based on need and applicable only to regular school year tuition. Registration, childcare, summer school, athletic, activity, and other fees are not covered.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for Blue Ridge Christian School. Families must complete an application and submit supporting documentation to FACTS. The application deadline is typically April 1 — this date may be extended for new students. There is a $40 processing fee paid to FACTS.

How to Apply

Complete the online FACTS application at online.factsmgt.com (BRCS school ID: 22218).
Upload your most recent federal income tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
Upload your W-2 and 1099 forms for both you and your spouse.
Upload supporting documentation for social security income, welfare, child support, food stamps, workers' compensation, or TANF (as applicable).
Complete the BRCS admissions process and pay the applicant fee (new families). Your application will not be awarded until enrollment documents are submitted.
You will be notified in writing of the committee's decision.

Key limits: Awards will not exceed 50% of tuition and are granted one year at a time. Tuition assistance must be reapplied for each year. Accounts must be current or have an approved payment plan on file before assistance is approved.

Blue Ridge Christian School is proud to partner with the Herzog Foundation, a Missouri organization dedicated to expanding access to faith-based K–12 education. Through this partnership, qualifying families may have access to scholarship resources that help make a BRCS education more affordable.

Church Partnership

Church Partnership Scholarships

The BRCS Church Partnership Program allows area churches to sponsor students in their congregation by contributing to a reserved scholarship pool. If your church is a current BRCS partner, you may be eligible for a scholarship funded directly through your congregation.

Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the church in coordination with the BRCS Admissions Office. Recipients must meet standard BRCS admissions requirements. Partner churches may contribute annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Minister Discount

Pastor's Tuition Discount

In recognition and appreciation of ministers, BRCS offers a tuition discount to qualified pastors with children enrolled in grades K–12. As with other financial aid programs, the Pastor's Tuition Discount is dependent on the charitable contributions of the school's families and friends as well as the operating budget.

The discount applies only to regular school year tuition. Registration, childcare, summer school, athletic, band, and other fees are not covered.

Qualification Criteria

Be a licensed or ordained Minister.
Be serving full time as a Senior or Associate Pastor in a local church.
Complete and submit an Application for Pastor's Tuition Discount.

Maximum discount: 20% of current year's tuition. Discounts are granted one year at a time and must be reapplied for each subsequent year. Contact the school office to request an application.

Current Families

Warrior New Student Referral Program

Many of our best families came here because someone they trusted told them about us. When you refer a new family and they enroll and complete their first full semester, both your family and theirs receive a tuition discount — automatically.

5% tuition discount — for both families

That's up to $250 per family, applied at the start of second semester.

Program Guidelines

The referred family must be new to BRCS (not a returning family).
The new student must complete one full semester before the credit is applied.
There is no limit on the number of families you can refer — each successful referral earns a credit.
Families receiving need-based tuition assistance are not eligible for the additional tuition discount, but will receive recognition and appreciation for every successful referral.

How to refer:Tell a friend about BRCS and have them mention your name when they call the office or schedule a tour — or contact us directly to let us know who you've referred.
